Our core offering is the Partner-With-You (PWY) program, under which we build and operate end-to-end marketing and sales infrastructure — including paid advertising, VSL funnels, landing pages, application forms, CRM, and automation — on behalf of the client, on a performance-first basis.
All service-specific terms — including scope of deliverables, the Initial Fee, the Validation Period, Revenue Share structure, refund eligibility, intellectual property, confidentiality, and termination — are governed by the Partner-With-You Agreement signed between Deal Buddy and the client before any work commences. Nothing on this website overrides or replaces that agreement.
You may browse this website, watch our VSL, submit an application, and book a call with our team. All content on this website — including copy, video, design, frameworks, and creative assets — is the intellectual property of Deal Buddy and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused in any form without our prior written consent.
Submitting an application through our website does not guarantee acceptance into our program. Deal Buddy operates a selective partnership model and reserves the right to accept or decline any applicant at its sole discretion based on fit, business stage, and internal capacity.
Deal Buddy does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, revenue level, lead volume, conversion rate, or return on ad spend. Results depend on multiple variables — including market conditions, the client's offer, sales execution, ad platform dynamics, and the client's own effort. Any information you submit through our website, application form, or booking calls is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Once you become a client, additional confidentiality obligations apply as set out in the Partner-With-You Agreement.
The fee structure, payment terms, and refund eligibility for our services are governed entirely by the Partner-With-You Agreement and our Refund Policy. No verbal commitments, WhatsApp messages, emails, or informal communications shall override the written agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deal Buddy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. For clients engaged under the Partner-With-You Agreement, the limitation of liability is capped at the Initial Fee actually paid, as specified in the Agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. For clients, dispute resolution is governed by the arbitration clause set out in the Partner-With-You Agreement.
